This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form.
Records requested:
Any legal opinions or memos received by the Borough regarding the Borough's obligations with respect to the property known as the Lindenwold Public Library at 310 East Linden Avenue.
If no such records exist, please state that in writing rather than denying the request.

In response to your OPRA request, #305-2026, the Borough is unable to fulfill this request.
Your request sought the following records, " Any legal opinions or memos received by the Borough regarding the Borough's obligations with respect to the property known as the Lindenwold Public Library at 310 East Linden Avenue."
N.J.SA. 47:1A-1 states the following records are exempt from disclosure, "Attorney client privilege ▪ any record within the attorney-client privilege. This paragraph shall not be construed as exempting from access attorney or consultant bills or invoices except that such bills or invoices may be redacted to remove any information protected by the attorney-client privilege;"
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Lindenwold to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
