The City has recently applied to the New Jersey Supreme Court to consider
the matter of Bozzi v. Jersey City. As such, the City cannot release the
requested records to you at this time. However, please be advised that
your OPRA request is substantially different than the OPRA request
involved in Bozzi v. Jersey City. In particular, Mr. Bozzi did not seek
the breed of the dog, or any other more sensitive information in his OPRA
request. Rather, he merely sought the names and addresses of residents in
Jersey City that held dog licenses. If the City does not prevail before
the Supreme Court, the City will provide you with the same records
provided to Mr. Bozzi.
Sincerely,
Amanda Bransky

Dear Jersey City,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Jersey City's handling of my OPRA request 'Licenses'.
They have not completed my request.
A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/licenses
