Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

1. The most recent civil service job posting, public notice of vacancy, or recruitment advertisement issued by the Borough for the Library Clerk I position.
2. The New Jersey Civil Service Commission (NJCSC) personnel certification list or applicant pool log returned to the Borough for the most recent hiring process for this position.
3. Any anonymized, redacted, or blank interview scoring matrices, interview schedules, or evaluation tallies used by the hiring committee or borough officials to evaluate applicants for the most recent Library Clerk I vacancy (with personal identifiers redacted to protect applicant privacy where required by law).

If no such postings, civil service logs, or interview metrics exist in Borough records, please confirm that in writing rather than denying the request. If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific legal exemption cited for redaction or denial.
