Dear Mr. Cirulli:
Please be advised, I am the Business Administrator and Custodian of
Records for the Pinelands Regional Board of Education (the “Board”). I am
in receipt of your December 12, 2019 request for records pursuant to the
Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) which seeks the following:
• “...all correspondence to and from the school's committees that
mention LGBT, LGBTQ, Transgender and gender identity from JANUARY 2019
through DECEMBER 31, 2019”
Please be advised that the Board requires additional time to process the
Requests. The Board Office will be closed from Friday December 20, 2019
until Tuesday January 6, 2020. Accordingly, the Board will provide you
with any records it may have responsive to the Requests on or before
Tuesday, January 14, 2020. Thank you in advance for understanding.
