Dear Lacey Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Dear Lacey Township NJ Public Records,

Pursuant to Rule 7:2-2(b)(4), the Ocean County Prosecutor 's Office has recei ved the above referenced Citizen Complaint for approval or denial. After a review of the draft complaint, this Office has determined that a denial is appropriate. As such, the complaint will not be reviewed by a judge for a probable cause determination.
