BACKGROUND:
The TRICO JIF provided me with a January 14, 2022 Reservation of Rights letter from Summit Risk Services (as Third-Party Administrator for QBE Specialty Insurance Company (Claim No. QM-2545) to the Borough regarding claimant Sean Brown. A copy of that letter is on-line at the link below. Within the third paragraph of the letter, Summit writes about a January 9, 2022 piece of correspondence that it received from (or on behalf of) Mr. Brown in which he made claims against the Borough.

A copy of the January 9, 2022 correspondence described in "BACKGROUND" above. If you don't have it in the Borough's files, please retrieve it from the JIF, QBE or Summit.

After not having received a response, I filed a denial of access lawsuit against the Borough in Superior Court. Paff v. Borough of Penns Grove, Docket No. SLM-L-166-22. I received some of the records directly from the Borough in response to the lawsuit.
