Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. As you are aware, I am the Business Administrator for the Galloway
Township Board of Education (the “Board”), which conducts and supervises
the schools of the Galloway Township School District (the “District”). As
such, I am aware of your March 7, 2025 OPRA request, which was received on
March 7, 2025. Today is the seventh business day to respond to your
request. Your request sought the following:

 

Records requested: Bills for legal services provided, including an initial
retainer fee, properly redacted, from

Posternock Apell, PC regarding the case number: 25-cv-00718-RMB-MJS from
any period of time.

 

The District must deny your OPRA request as we do not have the records you
