I did receive some of the files, however, the initial court filing (complaint) is missing. I only received the files concerning the disposition and stipulation of dismissal and not the contents of the initial complaint and allegations.

The initial complaint filed with Egg Harbor Township had a retention period of twenty (20) years following settlement. Settlement occurred in 1997 and attached is a copy of the Request and Authorization for Records Disposal covering this time period.
Since the complaint originated from the Superior Court of New Jersey/Atlantic County, I believe that you can obtain a copy of the complaint through their offices by contacting them at following address/telephone number:
