This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1 - Copy of the Village's current contract with the contractor / vendor that provides leaf collection services for the Village of Ridgewood.

2 - Email logs for Code Enforcement Officer Tracy Jeffery ([email address]) from
November 1st, 2017 to November 17th, 2017

3- Copies of all photographs taken by Code Enforcement Officer Jeffery or other subordinate members of the of the Village code enforcement department of leaf violations (Ordinance 275-3) on November 8th, 2017.
