I'd like to confirm the following:
Ashley Luba is listed publicly as a Program Supervisor working below Colin Mackintosh. Can you provide her job description? The Site Manager or Program Assistant job descriptions do not apply to her.
Are there written contracts for Ms. Luba or Mr. Mackintosh? What are the terms of their employment if not contacted?

Dear Denise DeRosa,

Additionally, the job description of Mr. Mackintosh was approved by the BOE on October 16, 2023. However, his hire was approved by the BOE on August 7, 2023. What was the job description that was posted when he applied to his position? More specifically, what was posted on applitrack for his submission?

Similarly, if Ms. Lubas does not have an approved job description, what was the description upon her application for the position?
