This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
I am writing to submit a request under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) to obtain information regarding lead testing results for apartments and homes in Montclair, NJ.
Specifically, I am seeking access to records detailing all lead testing conducted on apartments and homes within the town of Montclair. This includes documentation of properties identified as lead-safe and lead-free, as well as any reports or data related to lead contamination or remediation efforts.
Please provide all available information, including but not limited to:
1. Records of lead testing conducted on residential properties.
2. Reports indicating properties identified as lead-safe or lead-free.
3. Documentation of any instances of lead contamination and corresponding remediation actions taken.
I understand that certain information may be subject to privacy or confidentiality laws and request that any redactions be clearly marked and accompanied by an explanation of the applicable legal basis.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to receiving the requested information within the timeframe prescribed by OPRA.
