Dear Edison School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I am looking for copy of the latest Agreement that has been finalized and is active now between Edison Board of Education and ETEA. I tried to search for latest contract copy on PERC state website but can't able to locate recent one. I read that the 2020-2023 one is still in draft so I would like to see the one before that unless the 2020-2023 one is out of draft. If it is out of draft I would like to see that one. Please provide the copy of contract as soon as you can.

Agreement for Professional Employees between Board of Education Edison Township and Edison Township Education Association (Latest one not in draft form, available, and in-use).
