In Warren County, NJ government, it is our policy that any OPRA requests directed to one of our Constitutional Officers (Prosecutor, County Clerk, Surrogate, Sheriff) be handled by each of those offices. Your request seeking "Last four annual reports from the Warren County Prosecutor's Office" was forwarded (transferred) to the Warren County Prosecutor's Office on 03/03/2022 to respond. We have just forwarded your most recent message as well, and the WCPO's office advised it is in the process of compiling the information you requested. It was nice to meet you on the phone. If it's onerous to send
electronically the entire annual report, the prosecutor's office could
simply send me scans of the Table of Defendants with
Indictments/Accusations Disposed by Offense Category and Manner of
Disposition for 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. I believe that this is a
standardized data table that all the prosecutor's offices need to send to
the state annually. Thank you again.
