Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I respectfully request access to and copies of the following existing government records:

The current contract, purchase agreement, or vendor agreement for the purchase of police uniforms, uniform accessories, and related apparel utilized by the Police Department.

If no current contract exists, the most recent contract, purchase agreement, or vendor agreement for police uniforms, uniform accessories, and related apparel.

Any bid tabulation, proposal evaluation, notice of award, or resolution awarding the contract identified in Items 1 or 2.

The pricing schedule, price list, catalog pricing, or other document incorporated into the contract that identifies the contract pricing for uniform items.

Purchase orders issued under the contract identified in Items 1 or 2 during the most recent completed contract term.

Invoices submitted by the awarded vendor for uniform purchases made during the final twelve (12) months of the contract term identified in Items 1 or 2.

If any responsive records are maintained electronically, I request that they be provided in their native electronic format or as searchable PDF files via email.

If any portion of this request is denied, please identify each record being withheld, the specific legal basis for the denial, including the applicable statutory exemption or other authority relied upon, and provide all reasonably segregable non-exempt portions of the responsive records.

If this request is considered overly broad, I request that it be construed as seeking only those existing records sufficient to identify:

the awarded vendor;

the contract term;

the contract pricing schedule;

the purchase orders issued under the contract; and

the invoices reflecting purchases made under that contract.
