Dear Lacey Township School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

In 1999, Lacey schools had something called “the gifted and talented” program.

Basically, you put at least 4 “special” kids an hour in a classroom away from the rest and had them write things, because they were “gifted and talented”

Did this program actually serve a different purpose?

Did this program exist to help kids with social disabilities or inefficiencies?

What was the purpose of lanoka harbor elementary schools “gifted and talented” program turn of the century.

Lanoka harbor. Blame Apple corporation for that one. His sister would never send her children to lanoka harbor elementary school. She’s a victim too
