This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: any and all records regarding the tree that was recently taken down outside Borough Hall (including but not limited to vendor invoices, emails, Arborist Reports, Certifications and licenses); also any all reports, emails, agendas and minutes of the Environmental Commission or any other group who met, discussed, treated or otherwise attempted to save said tree.
