I am writing to request an internal review of Trenton City's handling of my OPRA request 'Landlord registrations'.

On September 22, 2023, I submitted a request for public records under OPRA and the common law right of access. I requested the current list of landlord registrations in the city of Trenton, in Excel format.

Trenton City has failed to respond to my request within the time required by law. Under OPRA, Trenton City is required to respond to all OPRA requests within 7 business days. However, as of today, November 2, 2023, I have not received any response to my request.

I am very concerned about Trenton City's failure to respond to my OPRA request. I believe that this failure is a violation of my right to access public records. I am also concerned that Trenton City may be trying to conceal information about landlord registrations.

I am requesting that Trenton City conduct an internal review of its handling of my OPRA request. I would like to know why my request was not processed within the time required by law. I would also like to know what steps Trenton City is taking to ensure that my request is processed promptly.

I have attached a copy of my original OPRA request to this email. I have also attached a link to the Opramachine website, which shows that my request is long overdue.
