list (preferably via Excel) of all Mercantile Licenses issued by Point
Pleasant Beach from 1/1/2015-Present. Please include the business address,
owner name, owner address and date the mercantile license was issued.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision to deny access. At your option, you may
either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file
a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the

The first part of your OPRA asks for "A landlord registration list (preferably via Excel) including all Rental Certificates of Occupancy issued by Point Pleasant Beach from 1/1/2015-present. I have attached 2 spreadsheets, one for seasonal and the other for annual.

The second part of your OPRA asks for "A list (preferably via Excel) of all Mercantile Licenses issued by Point Pleasant Beach from 1/1/2015-Present. Please include the business address, owner name, owner address and date the mercantile license was issued."
I received clarification from you asking for 1. Name of the Business 2. Address of the Business 3. Owner of the Business 4. Home Address of the Owner of the Business 5. Date License was Issued
We will need 7 business days to respond to the second part of your OPRA request.
