At the November 14, 2022 council meeting, Mayor Wardell and the town attorney agreed that the Land Use Board would receive a list of concerns presented by residents at that meeting regarding Ordinance 2022-15. Please provide me with a copy of that correspondence of resident concerns.

Also, please send me a copy of the agenda for the Land Use Board meeting scheduled for Monday, December 5. The meeting was not cancelled until Friday, December 2, 2022 at 5:20 pm. The agenda should have been published by that time.
