I am seeking clarification regarding the statement that the Township does not have anything on file for this address.

The seller's disclosure package for the property contains records that appear to have been obtained previously from the Township through an OPRA request and references numerous permits associated with the property. In addition, municipal tax records identify the property as Block 98, Lot 98, which matches the information provided in my request.

Could you please confirm whether the search was limited to zoning and land use records, or whether all potentially responsive records relating to the property were searched? If the search was limited to a particular department or record type, I would appreciate any guidance regarding which municipal office maintains these records.

I also note that the permit history includes Permit No. 19870226 for a Solar Room Addition issued in 1991. Given the existence of this addition, could you please confirm whether the search for responsive records included archived zoning records, Planning Board records, Zoning Board records, site plans, surveys, variances, and other land use records requested in my original OPRA request?

If any responsive records are maintained by another department, custodian, archive, or records repository, please advise or forward the request to the appropriate office.

Please acknowledge whether the Construction office will provide records on the 5 specified permit numbers, or whether I will have to submit a new OPRA request for additional information. My original request was for all permit information, not just a permit list. My follow up posted here on June 11 requested all records pertaining to 5 specific permits.

I cannot select which department receives these requests but I presume somebody is routing them to the appropriate office. The construction department did reply to this request with a permit list, but not the information on specific permits that I was looking for. Can somebody route this request to whomever responded from the construction office?
