Lambertville's compliance with the June 23, 2020 Order regarding the Mount Laurel compliance plan, ordinances, adoption of ordinances

Records requested:
Pursuant to Judge Miller's Order of June 23, 2020 regarding adoption of Fair Share Plan, Ordinances adopting final Housing Element and Fair Share Plan; site suitability analysis, start date and length of affordability controls on existing affordable units. copies of all resolutions, ordinances, zoning ordinances and overlay ordinances required to implement Housing Element and Fair Share Plan; final copy of Redevelopment Plan since 6/23/2020; spending plan since 6/23/20; endorsement of HEFSP since 6/23/20; final report showing compliance with FSHC Amended Settlement Agreement of 5/12/20 Fairness Hearing and meeting the Third Round Fair Share Obligation of 137 units; any communications or pleadings or Motions to Judge Miller to lower the Fair Share Obligation below 137 Third Round Fair Share units; copies of the report on the first anniversary of the execution of the FSHC Amended Settlement Agreement (due February 4, 2021) reporting on the trust fund activity to the Dept. of Community Affairs, NJ Council on Affordable Housing or other entity designated by the State of NJ; the report on the status of all affordable housing activity in the municipality since 6/23/20. A copy of the status report of its plan implementation efforts for the midpoint realistic opportunity review required by the Fair Housing Act and Amended Settlement Agreement; this report addressing whether any unbuilt site still creates a realistic opportunity and will invite any interested party to submit comments.
A copy of the trust fund report since 6/23/20 showing the total funds collected in affordable housing development fees, and whether any funds in the Affordable Housing Trust fund have been expended since 6/23/20.
Any reports, ordinances, communications with Judge Miller, NJDCA, or Fair Share Organization since 6/23/20 related to the properties known as Block 1073 Lots 1,3,5,6,7,8,9,10, 11, 33, 33.01; Block 1090 Lots 4 and 5; and Block 1091 Lots 1, and 1.01 in Lambertville being used to satisfy the Fair Share Agreement and satisfaction of the obligation for 137 affordable housing units. Any appraisals of said land since 6/23/20; any communications with the owners of said land with Lambertville offering to acquire these properties for affordable housing and compliance with Judge Miller's Order of 6/23/20.
Designation of any properties other than those owned by Academy Hill Inc. and Merrick Wilson, being acquired or have been acquired since 6/23/20, in satisfaction of the Fair Share Obligation and Amended Settlement Agreement with Fair Share Org. for 137 affordable housing units.
