In 2021 or 2022, one of the Lacey township schools webpages, possibly the full districts or possibly lacey township high school, added a photo of alumni Justin rand to its page. [we are not trying to offer personal information. You all made him public.]

Did Justin rand sign an appearance release or anything similar to appear on the lacey township page?

Was Justin rand compensated for his photo and the usage of his name and likeness on the Lacey township homepage?

Who decides what alumni to advertise on your government homepage?

How was it determined to put Justin rands name and likeness on a lacey township schools webpage?

Did Justin rand give lacey township permission to use his name and likeness?

If so, how did justin rand give permission?

How was Justin rand sought to receive his permission to use his name and likeness?

Given this business agreement between a government and an LLC’s reputation (as you clearly used him for his reputation; why not one of the many students who still live in Lacey’s photos), the public has a right to know the details of this transaction between Justin rand and lacey township schools.

Money is not the only currency.
