I noticed that there was no transcript for Mr. DeBlass in the current board members file. Can you please advise as to the status of Mr. DeBlass's transcript?

It appears Mr. DeBlass finished an unexpired term on December 31, 2017, and began his first full term Jan 1, 2018. He is required to take Gov 1 during 2018.

The detail about Mr. DeBlass completing an unexpired term appears to be inaccurate. He was elected in the 2017 election with Mr. Riggs. (See here: http://wobm.com/new-jersey-decides-dems-...) Nevertheless, he is within the time limit to obtain board member training.
