Labor Counsel Invoices (Ruderman and Roth)
Dear Custodian of Records,
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting access to the following government records:
Copies of all invoices submitted to the Borough of Bradley Beach by Ruderman & Roth, LLC (or any attorney associated with that firm, including Allan Roth) for legal services rendered in the capacity of Labor Counsel, from January 1, 2025, through the present.
This request includes, but is not limited to, any invoices submitted in connection with retainer agreements, hourly work, special projects, litigation, or personnel matters. If available, please include both the cover page of each invoice (reflecting the date, matter, and amount billed) and any accompanying description of services, redacted only as permitted under OPRA (e.g., to protect attorney-client privileged material or confidential personnel information).
I am submitting this request anonymously, as permitted under OPRA. Please provide responsive records in electronic format via email. If there are any fees associated with this request, kindly advise in advance.
