Why is this delayed? Job posting, resume and contract for newly hired OCVTS employee Kenneth Hess who has been hired to teach at the OCVTS Law Enforcement Academy. The Hess’ were legendary State Police Major Crime detectives and I am sure Kenneth Hess has an equally impressive resume. Regardless, you are required by the OPRA to release the information respectfully requested.
