Dear Emidio D'Andrea,

You state that there are no contracts or agreements with Kearny school in your possession. Which is false and proof of the below that was pulled from the BOE meetings. Why not provide the information when requested?

At the 9/10/24 meeting, there is approval of the 2024-1015 Joint Transportation Agreement with Kearny Board of Education for $41,511.25.

8/27/24 Superintendent Report states the below. Yet you can't provide an agreement on summer school services in Kearny?

Summer School Program
Summer School concluded on August 1st, with students celebrating the final day by enjoying ice
cream. A big thank you to our teacher, and students, and Kearny Board of Education for
generously providing their facilities!

At the 7/8/24 meeting, there is approval of the 2024-1015 Joint Transportation Agreement with Kearny Board of Education for $5,230.75 and superintendent report:

Summer School Transportation
Transportation has been secured for all students attending Summer school. Students who are in
Kindergarten to 3rd grade will be picked up at 8:00 AM. Students from grades 4th to 8th will be
picked up at 7:45 AM. There will be two drop off times; 1PM and 1:10 PM. As always students
from Kindergarten to 3rd grade will have to be picked up by Parents.
