In response to Item 3, please be advised that Bijan Rastegarpanah was
hired on May 23, 2011 in the title of Public Safety Telecommunicator. His
most recent salary was $43,698.22.  Mr. Rastegarpanah voluntarily
separated from the University on July 31, 2013.  Please note that training
records, letters of recommendation, letters of resignation and employment
applications are exempt from disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10 and
the requested post-employment retiree/pension data resides with the State
of New Jersey.

 

Due to the time span and breadth of records sought in the remainder your
request, additional time will be required to appropriately process Items
1, 2, 4 & 5.  Additionally, a special service charge will also be
required.  Accordingly, at this time, we seek confirmation that you still
wish to pursue this request.  Please respond in writing by September 30,
2019 to either amend your request, narrowing the scope, or to confirm that
you would like us to assess the special service fee for the request as
