Re: Disposition of 08/03/20 OPRA Request

Kean University originally received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on August 3, 2020.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is August 13, 2020.  This response is being
provided on the sixth business day after receiving said request.

Your request sought access to the following government records:

My response remains the same as provided in June 2020 for the same OPRA
request.  On April 23, 2019, in response to a separate OPRA request that
sought the same government record, you were advised that the responsive
record was provided to you in the litigation titled Roman v. Kean
University et al., docket no. UNN-L-122-19 on February 13, 2019.  The
requested resume that was previously produced can be found on pages 21 and
22 (immediately after the one page resume for M. Lenahan).
