Dear Requestor, 
 
The [2]Request Number: PRR-2024-246 has been completed. Please click on
the request link to download the response documentation. The following
information has been provided in response to your request.
 

Sheriff Office Flex Time Banks-Sergeant of unit indicates no official
record(s) were maintained.      

Approval of Flex Time Used- All approvals were done verbally by
Administrative Unit Undersheriff Paul Kaminsky. 

Use of Flex Time-*(See 2023 Flex Hour Report) * Report indicates dates and
hours used by handler.  Bottom of report indicates flex time was earned
through the following unit details.   

Approval for Flex Time to be Accrued- Approvals were done verbally by
Administrative Unit Undersheriff Paul Kaminsky. 

Written Directives Governing the Accruals, Use, Carry Over and Activities
Approved to Obtain Flex Time-The Sheriff's Office did not have a written
directive on how flex time would be accrued and or used. 

Supervisor Assignments to the Sergeant and Officers in the Unit Mandating
Extra Details Only to be Compensated as Flex Time- No records exist
regarding only to be compensated by flex time.  In addition, no K9 handler
received a mandatory for a K9 assignment in 2023 per unit Sergeant. 

Your Open Public Records request has thus been processed in accordance
with N.J.S.A. 47:1A:1 and is now closed.
