This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: JLUB Minutes from 6/24/21, JLUB Resolutions 21-3 through 21-5, Applications 21-6 and 21-7 including all supporting documents and any walk-ons, and an electronic copy of the audio from the 7/22/21 JLUB meeting.
Council Meeting Minutes and Executive Session from 5/12/21 and Minutes from 5/26, copies of the Sewer Report, Treasurer's Report and Tax Collector's Report (as identified on the 7/28/21 agenda), copies of all Bills to be paid (as referenced on the 7/28 agenda), full text of Ordinances 2021-08-2021-12 and of Resolutions 2021:128-138 along with any walk-ons and an electronic copy of the audio from the 7/28/21 Council meeting.
