Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

All applications, petitions, or requests submitted to or considered by the Rent Leveling Board during July 2015, including but not limited to:

Rent reduction applications
Hardship applications
Service reduction complaints
Any applications or matters concerning properties located at 10 Ocean Boulevard, Atlantic Highlands, NJ

3. Board Actions and Decisions
All resolutions, orders, decisions, or other official actions taken by the Rent Leveling Board during July 2015, including:

Written decisions or orders
Voting records
Findings of fact and conclusions of law
Any stays, continuances, or procedural orders

4. Correspondence and Communications
All correspondence, emails, memoranda, or other communications relating to the July 2015 Rent Leveling Board meeting(s), including:

Communications between Board members
Communications between the Board and property owners, including but not limited to ELK Harbor View LLC, the Kalimian family, or any entities associated with Harbor View Towers
Communications between the Board and tenants or tenant representatives
Communications with the Borough Attorney regarding Rent Leveling Board matters

5. Supporting Documentation
All exhibits, evidence, expert reports, inspection reports, or other documentation submitted to or reviewed by the Board in connection with matters heard in July 2015, particularly any materials relating to:
