The spelling of the defendant's name that you provided was incorrect.  The
correct spelling is Pacheco.  The mistake caused delay, as our record
search initially returned no results.

I have been able to obtain copies of the complaint and affidavit of
probable cause electronically.  I do not believe there is a CAD report.  I
know that this is in the complaint stage; therefore, there is no
indictment or final disposition.  The hold-up is whether we have an arrest
report.  I have requested the paper file to determine whether it exists. 
I anticipate resolving this issue by our extended due date of July 17,
2020.
