Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide:
1) a copy of the current contract for Joseph A. Manfredi & Associates
2) copies of all bills received from the above firm for work done during the calendar year 2022
3) a vendor report showing the amounts of all payments made to this vendor (under their current name listed above and prior name "Manfredi & Pellechio") from the time they were first hired by the authority until present day.

County of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408, 422-423 (2009) (explaining that N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 is substantive in nature and “imposes an obligation on public agencies to protect against disclosure of personal information which would run contrary to reasonable privacy interests.”).

Thanks very much for the records. It's a little hard to make sense of them. Can you please clarify which years Mr. Manfredi's firms(s) were contracted by the Middletown Housing Authority, and the total amount paid?
