Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I seek the charges and conviction for John V. Kelly II M.D. from Nutley New Jersey? Dr. Kelly was a pediatrician in Nutley and charged with Medicare Fraud. Carmine A. Oreicho called a New Jersey State Senator to have the case transfered to Camdem County so the Case was not heard in Exxex County. I issued a FOIA and I was told your office would have the information.

I seek the charges and the conviction information only.
