I am requesting the Arrest Report and all Arrest Information as defined by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3(b) for the above arrestee. If the department maintains a standard 'Incident Report' for this event that does not contain exempt investigative details, I request those as well.

I am also requesting all Body-Worn Camera (BWC) footage related to the arrest of under both OPRA and the Common Law Right of Access.

In the event this request is denied under OPRA, I am also requesting these records under the Common Law Right of Access. My interest in these records is to ensure police accountability, which outweighs any state interest in secrecy.
