This email with attached documents responds to the below public record
request.  The deadline to respond to the request was extended to July 20,
2020.

My search for responsive records disclosed one case, which is open, in
which the three named defendants are jointly charged.  I interpret your
request, which jointly names the three defendants, to relate to that open
case.

If your request was intended to include other cases, which are closed or
charge one or more of the defendants individually, please file a new OPRA
request that includes specific case identifiers (e.g., case/indictment
number, defendant, arrest date, municipality, criminal charge(s)) in order
to assist me in identifying and providing you the particular, additional
records that you seek.

Attached please find Arrest Reports, Complaints, and Affidavits of
Probable Cause.  Driver's license, telephone, and social security numbers
are redacted per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.  Vehicle registration is redacted as a
"confidential personal identifier" pursuant to R. 1:38-7(a) and N.J.S.A.
47:1A-9.

Photographs of the defendants are redacted, and the request for mugshots
is denied, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9 and Executive Orders 9(e)
(Hughes), 69 (Whitman), and 21 (McGreevey), which exempt "Fingerprint
cards, plates and photographs and other similar criminal investigation
records which are required to be made, maintained or kept by any State or
local governmental agency."

Request for indictments and final judgment/disposition is denied for lack
of responsive records.
