I am looking for a background on criminal arrests, criminal charges, driving record, and his maiden name of John Acampora which is not attached. Was he ever fingerprinted?

What I sent you is his fingerprint history. We do not have background
checks on criminal arrests, criminal charges, driving record etc. When a
staff member is fingerprinted we are told by the testing agency whether or
not there is a disqualifying offense that will not let that member take a
position in a school district. Mr. Berenato does not have any
disqualifying offenses. We are not provided with any other information
unless there is a disqualifying offense.
