Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all invoices and bills from Joseph Catanese since he began working as Assistant City Attorney, including records sufficient to show how many hours of work he has done, his rate of compensation, and which requests/matters/tasks/assignments he has worked on during his tenure. Dear Mr. Kratovil:
Kindly be advised that the City of New Brunswick is in
receipt of your OPRA request received on June 30, 2020, which has been
assigned number 20.06_274. Your request for copies of all invoices and
bills from Joseph Catanese since he began working as an Assistant City
Attorney is denied as there are no documents responsive to your request.
Mr. Catanese is a salaried employee.
Your request for documents sufficient to show how many
hours of work he has done, his rate of compensation, and which
matters/tasks/assignments he has worked on during his tenure is vague,
overly broad and lacks the specificity of a proper OPRA request. As
already stated there are no billing records or invoices that have been
submitted by Mr. Catanese.
