On April 14, 2023 an email was sent informing you that the
district required additional time to gather documents responsive to your
request. 
Attached you will find:
    -A listing of job postings for the position of Principal. The
document indicates the date posted and the date that the application
process ended.
    -A sample job posting for the position of Principal. This is the
posting that is typical to all job announcements for a
Principal's position.
    -Principal meeting agendas. Please be advised that there are no
"notes" or minutes maintained for these meetings. Consequently no other
documents are available for this portion of your request. 
Please be advised that district policies are maintained on the
district's website. 
([1]www.jcboe.org). On the homepage choose "Board of Education". From the
drop down list choose "Board Bylaws and Policies". You will be redirected
to the repository of Board Policies. You may either review each policy or
search by keyword to obtain policy information.
 Additionally, you will find a document distributed by the
district's Affirmative action Office which is responsive to your request
but not listed in the above mentioned policies.
You may access all Board meeting agendas and minutes on the
district website. On the home page choose "Board of Education". From the
drop down list choose "Public Board Docs". When redirected, choose
"Meetings" on the top middle of the page. There will be a listing of dates
of meeting held that you may access the agendas and meetings of minutes.
There is also a search option on the top left of this page that will allow
you to search by keyword.  
Please be advised that no other documents will be released in response to
the other items listed in your request. Those items are considered
personnel items which are exempt from release under OPRA statutes. The
relevant OPRA statute is cut and pasted below.
