This is a request for public records made under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and the common law right of access. The scope of this request complies with N.J.S.A.10:4-6, et seq. and falls outside any exemption provided therein (P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.)) Note that in addition to the OPRA, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 provides an independent means for citizens to gain access to public information.

RECORDS REQUESTED: For the period from 01/01/2018 to the present, all insurance claims made by the Township of Mansfield to the Joint Insurance Fund, and the settlements thereof.
