Please accept this electronic request for public records made under
OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out
an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my
request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a
requestor including all of the information required on the adopted
form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government
record request. I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense
under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States. I
WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial
purpose. I AM seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested: This accident occurred on June 13th, 2025, at the
intersection of Jersey Ave and 6th St, at approximately 4pm, involving
a UPS vehicle that was operated by Jeremy Gaor. We are requesting all
officers body worn cameras, radio car dash cameras, scene
investigation photographs as well as all surveillance camera footage
that had been obtain during the investigation. My preferred delivery
method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments.

The City has reviewed your request and has determined that the records
requested are criminal investigatory records that are exempt from
disclosure. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 specifically states that "a government
record shall not include the following information which is deemed to be
confidential for the purposes of P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.) as
amended and supplemented: [...] criminal investigatory records." N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1.1 defines a criminal investigatory record as "a record which is
not required by law to be made, maintained or kept on file that is held by
a law enforcement agency which pertains to any criminal investigation or
related civil enforcement proceeding.”
