OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out

request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a
requestor including all of the information required on the adopted
form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government
record request.

dispatch reports, incident summaries, and response narratives.

2. Any hazardous materials (hazmat) incident records, including
chemical releases, spills, or related emergency responses.

3. Any Fire Marshal investigation reports, if applicable.

4. All fire code violations, Notices of Violation (NOV), or
enforcement actions issued to this property.

5. Any records of flammable or combustible liquid storage, including
underground or aboveground storage tank permits or registrations.

6. Any permits, applications, renewals, or approvals associated with
the property.

7. Any historical records-maintained pertaining to fire safety,
hazardous materials, or emergency response at this location.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by
E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request.
