Please be advised that a new contract book has not yet been printed.
However, attached you will find:
-Copy of the contract between the district and the NCASA union which
expired on June 30, 2023;
-Copy of the Memorandum of Understanding between the district and the
NCASA bargaining unit dated September 12, 2023.
Please be advised that your request was sent to an email address that is
infrequently monitored and will soon be shut down. In the future, to
assure a timely response to your request please submit your OPRA requests
through the district website.
