This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Copies of text messages and/or email communications between Douglas Long (Mr. Long's Cell/Email: (856) 371-2810 / [email address]) and County Commissioner Joseph Sileo (both through Commissioner Sileo's official County-issued cell phone and e-mail address, as well as Commissioner Sileo's personal cell phone and e-mail address) covering the time period of August 1, 2023 through July 10, 2024, containing the following search terms: "Jerry" "Velazquez" "CCIA" "Cumberland County Improvement Authority" "Contract" "Laramie" "Broadband". While the County cannot gain direct access to Commissioner Sileo's personal devices, it is instead Commissioner Sileo's responsibility to conduct and certify as to his own search, as established in case law. Any official County business conducted on personal devices is subject to disclosure under OPRA.
2. While the County cannot gain direct access to Commissioner Groetsch-Lods' personal cell phone and email address, it is instead Commissioner Groetsch-Lods' responsibility to conduct and certify as to her own search, as established in case law.
