Records requested:

Lacey township high school in the mid 2000s went through a number of telecom teachers in quick succession. Dates could be wrong, but in 2004 Jeremy muermann was teacher. In 2005 heather clarey was the teacher. In 2007 mark clauberg was the teacher. In 2008 Jeremy muermann was the teacher again.

The point will come first and then the follow up questions.

Did Lacey high school decide not to bring Jeremy muermann back during his first stint for a civil rights/constitutional rights issue. I’ll be specific. Did Lacey schools seek a replacement, heather clarey, because Jeremy muermann was involved with an incident with a student that violated their civil rights by involving the police in a free speech matter in ways that negatively effected the family?

Did a student in the 2003 - 2004 school year claim they were traumatized because Jeremy muermann called the cops on them in a way that violated their first amendment rights?

Why was Jeremy muermann not rehired when heather clareys stint as teacher ended?

Why was Jeremy muermann hired in January of 2008?

Did Lacey township schools specifically look to hire someone who would agree to the requirement of censoring their students when the administration deemed it necessary?
