This matter is currently under investigation by the FBI. As such, the City
has been instructed by the FBI to withhold all documents related to the
investigation until further notice. Therefore, the documents are currently
unavailable for production by the City, as the production of such
documents could be inimical to the FBI investigation. Please contact the
FBI for access to any documents, or for requests for information,
regarding this matter.
