The Ridgewood Public Schools (“District”) records custodian received your
Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request on February 21, 2024. The seven
business day deadline to respond to your request is March 1, 2024. As

that were NOT listed on the agenda on the website by January 20, 2024?
If so, could you provide copies of those agenda items / decisions?

 1. How many people applied for new positions that were approved during
the meeting on January 20, 2024, and how many interviews were
conducted? (for section - i-a. 2023-2024 School Year - Appointments).
If you can't give me the exact numbers, could you provide me
screenshots of the job application system (Applitrack) as described in

I'm only interested in the numbers, and I want to keep this simple for the
district. If you're able to follow the rules set by the supreme court for
extracting information from electronic systems, that's all I need. If you
don't want to follow the supreme court order, which entitles me for the
counts extracted from Applitrack for each job id, then please provide me
Applitrack screen shots and external job posting copies and cover letters.

Attached Please find 164 pages of records responsive to your request. 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, account numbers have been redacted in
order to protect financial property. See Yoskin v. N.J. Dep’t of
Environmental Protection, GRC Complaint No.  2009-17 (2010) (holding that
bank account and routing numbers should be redacted because “its
disclosure may lead to improprieties or theft”); see also R. 1:38-7.
Additionally, redactions have been implemented to remove personal
telephone numbers pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 (providing that “a public
agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public
access a citizen’s personal information with which it has been entrusted
when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation
of privacy . . .”). See also N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 (exempting that portion
of any document which discloses the “unlisted telephone number of any
person” from the definition of a “government record”)

In addition, No. 7 of your request “Copy of iv. Approval: Secretary’s Line
Item Certification” is unclear.  Please clarify that portion of your
request so that the District may conduct a search.
