Pursuant to the Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I respectfully request copies of all New Jersey Police Crash Investigation Reports (NJTR-1 forms) for motor vehicle accidents investigated by the Jackson Police Department occurring between August 15, 2026 and September 1, 2026, inclusive.

To be clear, I am requesting the complete NJTR-1 crash investigation reports, not summary logs, blotter entries, or CAD printouts.

If electronic copies are not available, I will accept paper copies and agree to pay reasonable copying costs as permitted under OPRA.

If any portion of the requested records is considered exempt from disclosure, I ask that the exempt material be redacted and the remainder of the records be produced, along with a specific citation to the legal basis for each redaction.

Please respond within seven (7) business days as required by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i).
