This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I believe that the residents of Perth Amboy should be giving more information rather than there have been positive cases. Nobody has provided us the areas where these cases were positive. Perth Amboy is a very small city and there a lot of people concern that people have been in contact with the individuals. I’m not asking for the names. Of the positive cases but I would like a rough blueprint of what areas there were from. So at your earliest convenience, please provide the information. And please send my best regards to their friends and family. And I’m praying for their speedy recovery

That information is not for dissemination that list is kept by the County Health Department no such list exists in the City.
