Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill because today, March 10th, we received your response to our February 25th email requiring additional details in order to fulfill your request.

The Authority requires an extension of time to allow the responsible department to gather and organize your requested data.

Again we are having trouble determining exactly what you are looking for. Are you wanting all of our bids? Purchase orders?

Maintenance agreements? Etc. It is a lot of material and I do not want to have to pull unnecessarily items that you do not need.
